Comfortable and easy location, within walking distance of Yak Arts. The rooms with many extras.

Well decorated room, all in all had very nice stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with king bed. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. Its location was beautiful, really close to the natural beauty that is Cape Cod as well as cute shops and restaurants. Furthermore, to the cove.

The place was super clean and the coffee maker did its job perfectly in the morning, helped me start each day right.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth every cent.

We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and soaking up the beautiful views. The king room with a partial water view was amazing. We visited the fine beach and explored local shops. The staff was super friendly!

Charming, Charming, Charming

I adored my spacious Beautiful Queen Room, complete with a cozy balcony that offered fine views of the serene cove. The heated pool was the cherry on top, perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring the beautiful grounds. Each morning, sipping coffee outside while soaking in the tranquil scenery seemed like a dream come true!

The location is great, just a short walk to downtown Orleans. My room was very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, feel cozy and cute. I especially loved enjoying my morning coffee on the lovely patio area overlooking the water. The staff were great. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy at times, which disrupted the otherwise tranquil vibe. Even though there were some minor Wi-Fi connectivity issues, they didn't detract much from my overall enjoyment. The swimming pool area was well maintained and perfect. I felt quite at home throughout my stay.

I spent a night in a lovely room with a really comfy bed and cooled down with a dip in the gorgeous pool. The beautiful patio was perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book after my swim. The only downside was that the furniture could use a little updating, but it didn't ruin my awesome stay 🌞

But let's just say the shower pressure could double as a gentle rain shower! Those towels needed a bit more fluff-maybe they were on a diet.
